Week 3, Day 1:

Love is a Lifestyle

Love isn’t just an event or an emotion—it’s a lifestyle. We often wait to feel love before we show it, but the Word calls us to walk in love. That means love becomes a part of our daily rhythm, not just a reactive moment when someone treats us kindly. I heard Bro. Hagin say, “I’m gonna walk in love whether anyone else does or not”. I’ve tried to make that my lifestyle as well.

To walk in love means we’ve made a decision to imitate Jesus—who loved people when it was inconvenient, undeserved, and even painful. It’s not always easy, but it is always powerful.

“Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ…”

— Ephesians 5:2 (NLT)

Reflection:

Do I treat love like a reaction or a lifestyle? Am I waiting to feel it before I show it?

Declaration:

“Lord, help me to walk in love today—not because people deserve it, but because You’ve called me to reflect You.”
