Week 3, Day 2:
Love is the Mark of Maturity
Spiritual maturity is not just measured by how much Scripture you know or how many church services you attend—it’s measured by your love walk.
Faith and love work together. You can’t claim to be a person of great faith and still be easily offended, quick to judge, or slow to forgive. If faith is the engine, love is the fuel. Without love, your faith stalls.
Love is not weakness. It’s strength under control. It takes more maturity to bless someone who hurt you than to blast them.
““The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.”
— Galatians 5:6 (NIV)
Reflection:
What does my current love walk say about my spiritual maturity?
Declaration:
“Father, I want to grow in love. Help me to express my faith in how I love people, even when it’s hard.”
