The Transformation Is in the Training

You can’t fake transformation. But you can train for it. That’s the heart behind The Fight of Your Life book I wrote—developing a victorious mindset before the pressure comes.

Transformation is the byproduct of training your heart, mind, and responses to reflect the love of God. You don’t wait for conflict to learn how to love—you train daily.

You get in the Word. You confess truth. You guard your peace. You choose patience. And when you miss it? You reset, refocus, and keep walking forward. That’s what it means to fight—and win—in your mind.
